Come to class with questions! It's easier than you think. In fact, if you don't have questions now, you will during the class. Our goal is to provide you with an effective CPR training class. We want you to be satisfied and confident that, in the event of an emergency, you'll be prepared. We also value your opinion and any references you might provide.
Ideally, a television and DVD player (with remote control) should be accessible (if not, contact us to make other arrangements)
Children and pets can quickly derail the pace of a class and cause extensive delays to delivering the course content. We strongly recommend that, if you have children, you arrange for babysitting during the class (or schedule the class after the kids go to sleep).
Depending on the number of people scheduled to attend, enough space should be available for everyone to "stretch out" and not feel cramped. Again, any problems, contact us and we can make other arrangements.
Depending on the class start time, we typically like to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the class in order to get set up. Nothing is worse for a trainer than having to rushing to setup.
Class times vary. See our "FAQ, Classes and Pricing" page for more details. Class time can depend on the number of breaks taken, how closely we stick to the actual start time and the amount of questions that come up during the class (which we highly encourage). If it's too difficult to arrange for one "sitting", we can easily break the class into two or more sessions.
